Hi I’m Alison, my pronouns are she / her. I live in Naarm / Melbourne.
I grew up on Bunurong Land / in South Gippsland with lots of open space, fresh air, farm lands and quiet beaches.
I am immersed in the conscious dance movement. I enjoy listening to music, doing hobby gardening, and going for walks amongst nature.
I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Lands where I’ve lived and worked, the Bunurong/Boonwurrung, the Wurundjeri, the Wathaurong/Wadawurrung, the Brataualung, the Bundjalung and the Muwinina people.
I am a sixth generation Australian. My ancestry is English, German, Scottish and Danish.

I worked as a picture framer in Nipaluna / Salamanca, Naarm / Fitzroy, and Nillumbik / Eltham, consulting with framing customers about their requirements, doing custom framing and mounting, making custom frames and mounts, doing archival custom framing and mounting, making archival custom frames and mounts, and making ready-made frames.
